I suppose your thinking...I have heard it all now, fish for a healthy weight loss. Well, it is the Omega-3 fatty acids that we are after. These include eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA), and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), which are precursors to eicosanoids, which reduce inflammation throughout the body.
